Here's the update after a 4-1 loss to the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday:
Dallas snapped a five-game point streak at home (4-0-1 record) with tonight's loss.
Despite the loss, the Stars are 8-3-1 in the 2011 calendar year. Dallas is also 22-9-5 over its last 36 games (since Nov. 16). Of their last four regulation losses (dating to New Year's Eve), three are to Vancouver.
Loui Eriksson recorded his 18th goal of the season tonight and has points in 16 of his last 20 games (six goals, 16 assists).
Brad Richards (assist) now has recorded points in seven of his last nine games (three goals, eight assists) and 15 of his last 20 games (eight goals, 14 assists). Richards has 16 points in only 16 career games against the Canucks (eight goals and eight assists).
Kari Lehtonen's assist ties him with Henrik Lundqvist (NYR) for the most assists by a goaltender this season with four.
The Stars will practice on Wednesday at 11 am at Dr Pepper Arena in Frisco (media availability at approximately Noon). The team will fly out to Boston post-practice.
