Rangers lefty-hander Kason Gabbard pitched two innings Thursday. He gave up three singles in the second and allowed a run. Only two of the three balls were hard hit. Gabbard also struck out three in his two innings and walked one. He was helped by a double-play grounder. Texas leads 2-1 after two.
