The Astros scored seven runs in the first two innings en route to a 7-2 victory over the Rangers Thursday night. The two teams were 3-3 this season but the Rangers keep the Silver Boot on a runs scored advantage. Kevin Millwood (5-4) got the loss as he pitched five innings for the Rangers, allowing seven runs on 12 hits. Astros pitcher Wandy Rodriguez tied a career-high with nine strikeouts. Rodriguez (3-3) allowed just one run on five hits over eight innings.
