It's raining and fans have been moved to the lower decks because of lightning is in the area, but the Philles need just two outs for an official game. It's going to happen so the best the Rangers can hope for is to somehow rally against Cole Hamels, who hasn't given up a hit since Michael Young's first-inning homer.
