Duke has its Coach K. The Rangers have their Mr. K, at least here in Yankee Stadium.
The Rangers failed to take advantage of Joba Chamberlain's control problems in the first and Ian Kinsler, who had walked, stolen second, and moved to third on groundout, was stranded there when Milton Bradley struck out for the fifth time in five at-bats in the first two games of this series.
It's the Yankee Stadium curse for Bradley, who fanned four straight times Monday night and is now 6-for-53 in his career at The Stadium. My rudimentary math skills -- along with a calculator -- tell me that's a .113 average and logic says maybe Bradley isn't the right choice to be DHing here.
Ron Washington, however, says Bradley's not going to get the timing back on his swing if he doesn't play.
