Look for plenty of Angels robbing Rangers at the end of Baseball Tonight. Third baseman Chone Figgins took a hit away from Michael Young with a diving stop and thrown from his knees, and center fielder Torii Hunter jumped to catch a Josh Hamilton drive that wouldn't have left the ballpark but would have banged off the wall for a double.

It's 5-2 Rangers as Joaquin Benoit replaced Brandon McCarthy in the seventh inning. McCarthy allowed two runs but only one was earned. It came when a throw from right fielder Nelson Cruz got a way from Young and allowed Hunter, who had stopped at third, to score.

The Angels' first batter of the inning, Brandon Wood, just reached on a throwing error by third baseman Chris Davis.
