Rangers jump on Braden

Oakland left-hander Dallas Braden entered with a 3.72 ERA but will exit with a much higher earned-run average. The Rangers have scored five runs -- three in the second, two in the third -- to take a 5-0 lead with the A's coming to bat in the bottom of the third.
