The swelling in C.J. Wilson's left index finger has subsided and he has better range of motion one day after having a ball hit off the finger. Team doctor Keith Meister will look at the x-rays Saturday before clearing Wilson.
The Rangers will send out a different lineup for their A game against the Royals today.
