Wilson hurts finger in victory

C.J. Wilson left Thursday's game after trying to stop a ground ball with his left hand. The ball hit off Wilson's left index finger. Assistant general manager Thad Levine said Wilson had localized swelling on the finger. Initital x-rays were negative, but they will be looked at by a doctor. The Rangers won the game 4-3 for their third-consecutive victory.
