The outfielder is feeling better today than he was Wednesday. Hamilton is meeting with team doctor Keith Meister again today. Manager Ron Washington is hoping Hamilton can swing a bat tomorrow and maybe play this weekend.
Wednesday's game has been postponed after a one-hour delay. It will be made up as a doubleheader on Friday, May 29. That doubleheader will start at 4:05 p.m. Tickets for Wednesday's game can be redeemed at a later date. Vicente Padilla will start Thursday's game against Oakland.
The good news is that it's let up. There are still puddles in foul territory down the left and right-field lines. We haven't had an update in the last hour.

Nelson Cruz' RBI single scored Hank Blalock with two outs in the bottom of the eighth to lift the Rangers past Oakland. The Rangers (10-10) are back to the .500 mark for the first time since April 12. Kevin Millwood (2-2) went eight innings, allowing two earned runs to notch his first win since Opening Day. Texas trailed 3-1 before scoring three times in the bottom of the sixth inning, with Jarrod Saltalamacchia's two-run single the big hit. Frank Francisco pitched the ninth for his sixth save and kept his ERA at 0.00.
