Rangers lead 3-1

The Rangers scored three times in the second against left-hander Horacio Ramirez and have a 3-1 lead over Kansas City after four innings. Most of the starters have been removed and are getting ready to go back to Texas. One problem: The game isn't going nearly fast enough.

This is get-away day, and normally the game goes much quicker. Lots of swings at the first pitch, no hard feelings for hitting into a double play. This thing is crawling right now.
