Tonight's lineup, a few notes

Elvis Andrus is hitting second for the second straight game, but the first against a right-hander. Manager Ron Washington likes how Andrus handles the bat, and he can bunt or hit-and-run to help move runners into scoring position if needed.

Today in Seattle ... The Rangers arrived on late-night flight after 2 a.m. and got into their hotel around 3:30. ... Josh Hamilton played catch for the first time since going on the disabled list. The throwing isn't the problem, he said, but adjusting to make catches gave him a some difficulty. ... Greg Golson is officially on the 25-man roster, and Max Ramirez is back in Triple A. Don't look for Golson to leave the bench very often. His best chance would be as a pinch-runner.
