The Rangers reliever makes the most sense to give the team a fresh arm for Thursday's series opener against Seattle. The Rangers can send Guillermo Moscoso back down and call up Mad Dog. He was removed from the Oklahoma City bullpen Wednesday and Texas manager Ron Washington said the team would discuss a roster move. Only Jason Grilli, Dustin Nippert and C.J. Wilson weren't used Wednesday night and Nippert wasn't available.
