If warming up in the bullpen is any indication, the Rangers have a plan that could included Neftali Feliz pitching tonight. Dustin Nippert has allowed only one hit in five innings, but he has logged around 90 pitches. The top of the A's lineup is due up in the sixth. They haven't hit the cover off the ball, but Ron Washington might elect for a change.
