The Rangers scratched out a run in the sixth when Josh Hamilton beat out a grounder the Twins tried to turn into an inning-ending double play. Elvis Andrus, who started the inning with a single, scored against Brian Duensing, who is back out for the seventh at 85 pitches.
Tommy Hunter has pitched really well since the Twins' three-run first, allowing only one hit. He's retired 15 of the last 16 hitters he has faced.
