Let's recap the bottom of the fifth inning

It started out looking like it would be a squandered opportunity as the team loaded the bases before Matt Garza got Elvis Andrus to fly out and Josh Hamilton to strike out. But Marlon Byrd hit a grand slam that started a stretch of 10-consecutive Rangers to reach. By the time Hank Blalock flied out to center, the Rangers had turned a 3-1 deficit into a 12-3 lead. Byrd, David Murphy, Ivan Rodriguez, Julio Borbon and Josh Hamilton each had RBI in the inning.
