Texas Rangers right-hander Tommy Hunter, who went to Alabama, watched the national championship game from the cozy confines of his own couch. Hunter loved what he saw, and was close on his prediction of 34-17 Alabama. What he didn't like to hear was the talk of how the game would have been different if Colt McCoy would not have been hurt. "I kind of felt bad for him," Hunter said. "I wanted to see a good game. He's a good ballplayer. I'm tired of hearing about how his getting hurt would have made the difference. They lost."
