Monday update and lineups

The Rangers are still waiting on Jarrod Saltalamacchia, who is being bothered by back spasms. Saltalamacchia remains confident he'll be ready by Opening Day, but Taylor Teagarden will get the majority of the work until Saltalamacchia can go.

Ian Kinsler will hit off a tee today and said his goal is to be back in the lineup by next Monday.

Josh Hamilton will play in the B game with Neftali Feliz today. Hamilton will fly to Texas following the game as he is having problems with an infected root canal. He's expected to be back with the team following Tuesday's off day.

Here is the lineup for the game against the Giants: 1, Borbon; 2, Young; 3, Murphy; 4, Guerrero; 5, Davis; 6, Arias; 7, Teagarden; 8, Andrus; 9, Wilson.

Here is the lineup for the B game against Milwaukee: 1, Boggs; 2, Iribarren; 3, Hamilton; 4, Brown; 5, Hall; 6, Gentry; 7, Richardson; 8, Morrison; 9, Stoneburner.
