"What's changed?" was Ron Washington's answer when he was asked if Neftali Feliz was still the team's closer after another rough outing Wednesday night.
Feliz is still the team's primary closer. The right-hander said he's sturggling with his fastball location, but has not lost his confidence. He said people shouldn't be concerned about his velocity because it's impossible to throw 100 mph every outing.
