An interesting week awaits the Rangers. Derek Holland will make his first start of the season Wednesday, Nelson Cruz should be back no later than Friday, and Jarrod Saltalamacchia continues to hit like mad in Triple A. Someone will have to go to the minors once Cruz is activated. Plus, Oakland comes to town for a three-game battle of the top two teams in the AL West. And, there's always the sale.
