Designated hitter Vladimir Guerrero is the leading AL-vote getter at designated hitter in the first round of All-Star voting, which was released Monday. Guerrero leads Los Angeles' Hideki Matsui.
Nelson Cruz is also third among outfielders, with Josh Hamilton fourth. Elvis Andrus is second at shortstop, but is more than 400,000 votes behind Derek Jeter.
