why isn't Feldman being sent down. been pitching terrible lately. I'm sure someone else in tripple A has to be doing better and could be of more help to the Rangers than Feldman at the present time

My mother could be of more help to the Rangers than Feldman.
I can't understand why Washington let him pitch the third inning last night but I can't understand why Washington let him pitch the first inning.
