Hamilton in lineup, due for lubricating shot

MVP favorite Josh Hamilton will get an injection of a lubricant into his aching right knee after serving as the Rangers' designated hitter tonight. A third cortisone shot could be in his future, though not this week.

Hamilton said he has no plans to get an MRI before the season ends. But he also expects to be able to negotiate the rest of the schedule without missing any significant playing time.
