Neftali Feliz is jogging in from the bullpen to close out Game 3 of the World Series and get the Rangers back in the best-of-seven series. The Rangers had a base runner with two outs in the eighth as Nelson Cruz reached on an error, but Ian Kinsler struck out on three pitches to end the inning.
The last time Feliz was on the mound, he retired the Yankees in order in Game 6 of the ALCS. He struck out Alex Rodriguez to send the Rangers to their first World Series.
Due up for the Giants: Burrell (0 for 3, 3 Ks), Ross (1 for 2, HR, RBI, BB), Uribe (0 for 3).
