Neftali Feliz keeps Rangers' deficit at 3-1

Manager Ron Washington summoned his closer, Neftali Feliz, in the eighth inning to keep the Rangers down only 3-1, and Feliz delivered. He allowed an infield single with two-outs, but got Cody Ross to hit into a fielder's choice to end the inning.

Tim Lincecum returns to the mound for the Giants.

Due up for the Rangers: Moreland (1 for 1, BB), Andrus (0 for 3), Young (1 for 3).
