The Rangers and ESPN 103.3 FM and 1540 AM ESPN Deportes have agreed to a four-year deal to broadcast play-by-play of Rangers games.
There are only two conflicts on ESPN/103.3 with regular-season Mavericks broadcasts. In case of a conflict, games will switch to KSKY/660 AM, which can also be found on the FM dial at 92.9, 95.5 and 99.9. In the event of conflict on 1540 AM, the broadcasts will move to stations to be determined.
Eric Nadel, Dave Barnett and Eleno Ornelas will return for 2011, and there is interest for bringing back Bryan Dolgin for pregame and postgame shows.
A key part of the deal is that the Rangers will have rights to most of the commercial inventory of both English and Spanish broadcasts, and will oversee all production and network elements.

Disappointed with this. ESPN is a quality station however the transmission is so weak I can't pick it up on any radio inside my home. Note to ESPN103.3: People want to listen to sports radio in Tarrant Co., too-get a stronger tower!

NOT ONLY SURPRISED THAT THE RANGERS WENT TO SUCH A WEAK SISTER (SIGNAL) STATION BUT THAT THE MAVERICKS HAVE STAYED ON SO LONG. IT'S APPARENT THAT THE CLUBS DON'T MIND THAT SO MANY PEOPLE CAN'T LISTEN SO MUCH OF THE TIME. BASKETBALL ON RADIO NOT SO MUCH, BUT BASEBALL ON THE RADIO IS SO TRADIONAL. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
