Rangers roster move: Mark Lowe up, Pedro Strop down

The Rangers have recalled Mark Lowe from Triple A Round Rock, where he had been sent April 18 to get himself straightened out. He went 1-0 with a 2.89 ERA there, including 4 1/3 scoreless innings in his past three appearances.

He takes the roster spot of Pedro Strop, who gave up three runs Tuesday and was the losing pitcher against Seattle. He was 0-1 with a 3.72 ERA in 11 games/9 2/3 innings.
