Rangers sign second-round pick Will Lamb

Former Clemson left-hander Will Lamb has agreed to terms with the Rangers, and the second-round pick will make his professional debut with the short-season A club in Spokane, Wash. Lamb signed for $430,200.

Lamb is 6-foot-6 and doubled as the Tigers' center fielder this season, hitting .348 and stealing 13 bases. The Rangers, though, like him as a pitcher. He went 1-1 with a 5.11 ERA in 24 2/3 innings, with 29 strikeouts and 11 walks.

The Rangers have signed 18 of the 51 players they selected in the draft earlier this month.

Everyone's reporting that 18 of the 51 picks have been signed. I count 15: Fourteen on June 10 and then Lamb.

Any clarification?
