The rehab plan for Mike Napoli is to catch Scott Feldman for Round Rock Thursday, play first base Friday, catch Saturday, DH Sunday and be activated for Monday's game against Baltimore.
Elvis Andrus is going through full workouts today and manager Ron Washington said he would be in the lineup either Thursday or Friday.
There's still no timetable for Darren O'Day to join the team, but Washington said for sure it wouldn't be in Houston.
C.J. Wilson, who took a grounder off his left index finger Tuesday night, said the finger was fine.
