Texas right-hander Mark Lowe, who went to college at UTA, has faced Houston outfielder Hunter Pence each of the last two nights. Lowe has struck out Pence, another UTA ex, both times.
Lowe said getting Pence out is part of the job.
"It could have been anybody," Lowe said. "It just happened to be Hunter."
