TORONTO -- C.J. Wilson couldn't get out of the fourth inning Sunday as Toronto tagged him for seven runs in 3 2/3 innings to win the finale of the three-game series, 7-3.
Four Rangers relievers, including Koji Uehara in his debut, didn't allow a run after Wilson left. The left-hander suffered his worst outing of the season, allowing seven runs (five earned) on seven hits. He also walked three.
Wilson pitched four-plus innings in his previous start Tuesday against Minnesota, allowing six runs (five earned) on seven hits and four walks.
Toronto got started in the season on a two-run homer by Edwin Encarnacion after a two-out walk to Jose Bautista. After single runs in the second and third, the Blue Jays got three in the fourth with two outs. The final two came on a double by Colby Rasmus.
Mike Napoli collected two RBIs for the Rangers after Michael Young finally broke through against Brandon Morrow with an RBI double in the sixth.
