Texas Rangers pitching coach Mike Maddux has withdrawn himself from the Boston Red Sox managerial search. Maddux was scheduled to interview this week, but pulled out because of family reasons.
Maddux is still scheduled to interview with the Chicago Cubs about their managerial opening.
