Rangers win negotiating rights for Yu Darvish

The Texas Rangers won the negotiating rights for Japanese star right-hander Yu Darvish.

Yahoo! Sports reported that the Rangers submitted a record bid of $51.7 million for the rights.

Texas now has 30 days to negotiate a contract with Darvish.
