Sunday morning from Surprise: Craig Gentry returns to Texas Rangers lineup

Craig Gentry is starting in center field for today's game vs. the Milwaukee Brewers in Maryvale. Gentry has been out since Tuesday with a sprained left wrist.

Here are a few other notes:

* Mike Napoli, who had been sidelined for six days with left groin soreness, is in the lineup as designated hitter. It's his third consecutive game at DH, as the Rangers are easing him back in before playing him at catcher.

* It rained hard in the Phoenix area on Saturday night, although today's game has not been called off yet. The Rangers are hitting in the cages, though, and won't take batting practice. The bus is scheduled to leave for Maryvale at 11:30 a.m.

* Justin Miller, who had some back stiffness of late, has been cleared to throw today.
