Today's Rangers-Twins lineups: No Mitch Moreland

First baseman Mitch Moreland is out of today's lineup with an abscessed tooth, so Brandon Snyder makes his first start with the Rangers. Moreland couldn't sleep overnight, and his mouth was swollen above the upper lip. The Rangers are looking for a dentist who wouldn't mind working some Saturday hours. Snyder was the choice over Michael Young, who is playing third base today as Adrian Beltre get a DH day.

Rangers lineup vs. RHP Nick Blackburn: Ian Kinsler, 2b; Elvis Andrus, ss; Josh Hamilton, cf; Adrian Beltre, dh; Michael Young, 3b; Nelson Cruz, rf; David Murphy, lf; Mike Napoli, c; Brandon Snyder, 1b.

Twins lineup vs. RHP Yu Darvish: Denard Span, cf; Jamey Carroll, ss; Joe Mauer, c; Justin Morneau, dh; Josh Willingham, lf; Ryan Doumit, rf; Danny Valencia, 3b; Chris Parmelee, 1b; Alexi Casilla, 2b.
