Saturday's Blue Jays-Rangers lineups: Hamilton, yes; Napoli, no

Mike Napoli and Josh Hamilton are both feeling better today, but only one of them is well enough to play. Hamilton, who has a head cold, is the starting center fielder and No. 3 hitter, just as he was Friday when he hit his 19th homer of the season. Napoli, who has a stomach ailment, hopes to play Sunday.

Blue Jays lineup vs. RHP Colby Lewis: Yunel Escobar, ss; Colby Rasmus, cf; Jose Bautista, rf; Edwin Encarnacion, dh; J.P. Arencibia, c; Eric Thames, lf; Brett Lawrie, 3b; David Cooper, 1b; Omar Vizquel, 2b.

Rangers lineup vs. RHP Henderson Alvarez: Ian Kinsler, 2b; Elvis Andrus, ss; Josh Hamilton, cf; Adrian Beltre, 3b; Michael Young, dh; David Murphy, lf; Nelson Cruz, rf; Yorvit Torrealba, c; Mitch Moreland, 1b.
