Monday's Rangers-Padres lineups: No Josh Hamilton

The Rangers will play their fourth straight game without Josh Hamilton in the starting lineup as he gets one more day to recover from an intestinal virus. He has been participating in an early workout, which has included shagging flyballs and taking batting practice. Leonys Martin gets the start in center field, and Micahel Young is at first base.
