Rangers 5, Giants 0 (F)

SAN FRANCISCO -- Robbie Ross worked four scoreless innings Sunday to earn his sixth win of the season, and the Rangers overcame the loss of Alexi Ogando to a groin strain to beat San Francisco 5-0 and finish their 10-game road trip at 4-6.

Ian Kinsler and Josh Hamilton had two-run doubles and Adrian Beltre had an RBI double to support a four-man relief effort in place of Derek Holland. Ogando worked the first three without issuing a base runner, but was injured while legging out a bunt hit in the fourth.

Ross entered and kept the no-hit train going until former White Settlement Brewer star Aubrey Huff delivered a one-out double in the sixth. Ross (6-0) gave the Rangers their longest relief effort of the season before giving way to Mike Adams and Joe Nathan in the eighth and ninth.

The Giants finished with only three hits, two against Adams.
