Everyone's favorite former Rangers left-hander C.J. Wilson tweeted that he's curious to know which player will rub Adrian Beltre's head first tonight. Beltre, of course, hates to have his head rubbed. The Wilson tweet prompted a line of questioning about it Monday during the All-Star Game media day. Video by Jeff Wilson.
