Today's Rangers-White Sox lineups

With a day game after a night game that lasted 10 innings, manager Ron Washington gave Mike Napoli a day off. Yorvit Torrealba is catching, and Brandon Snyder is starting at first base.

But the White Sox are starting left-hander Jose Quintana, and the Rangers have traditionally gone with Napoli against lefties. Napoli, though, has been in a prolonged slump, and has not fared well against left-handers all season.

A year after batting .319 against lefties, Napoli has posted a .160 average against them this season. Washington said he hasn't lost confidence in Napoli, and believes he will get back on track.

Here are the lineups:

Texas -- 1. Ian Kinsler (2B); 2. Elvis Andrus (SS); 3. Josh Hamilton (LF); 4. Adrian Beltre (3B); 5. Michael Young (DH); 6. Nelson Cruz (RF); 7. Brandon Snyder (1B); 8. Yorvit Torrealba (C); 9. Craig Gentry (CF).

Pitcher -- Matt Harrison (11-3, 3.16)

Chicago -- 1. Gordon Beckham (2B); 2. Eduardo Escobar (3B); 3. Kevin Youkilis (1B); 4. Paul  Konerko (DH); 5. Alex Rios (RF); 6. Alexei Ramirez (SS); 7. Dayan Viciedo (LF); 8. Tyler Flowers (C); 9. Jordan Danks (CF).

Pitcher -- Jose Quintana (3-1, 2.19)
