Elvis Andrus exits with right shoulder soreness

Elvis Andrus exited today's game with right shoulder soreness, and he is day to day. The Rangers don't seem too concerned about the injury at this point.

The shortstop appeared to have initially injured it when he tried to score on Michael Young's double in the seventh. Andrus was thrown out, but slid home awkwardly.

Alberto Gonzalez replaced Andrus at short in the bottom of the ninth inning.
