Mark Lowe activated from disabled list; Alberto Gonzalez DFA'd

As expected, the Texas Rangers activated reliever Mark Lowe from the disabled list today. To clear a spot on the 25-man roster, utility infielder Alberto Gonzalez was designated for assignment.

The move gives the Rangers' a 13-man pitching staff.
