Tonight's Rangers-Red Sox lineups

Elvis Andrus returns to the lineup a day after being sidelined with right shoulder soreness. Andrus said his shoulder felt good and he was able to make all the necessary throws.

Ryan Dempster makes his second start for the Rangers, and is looking to improve upon his debut when he lasted only 4 2/3 innings. He threw seven scoreless innings against the Red Sox earlier this season as a member of the Cubs.
