Tonight's Rangers-Twins lineups

The Texas Rangers open a four-game series tonight against the Minnesota Twins, who are in the cellar of the American League Central.

The Rangers have gone 5-1 against the Twins so far this season, and will be looking to build upon their five-game lead over Oakland in the American League West.

Elvis Andrus starts for the third time in his career -- second this season -- at designated hitter, as manager Ron Washington wants to give him a little breather.
