Sunday's Rangers notes: No changes to rotation yet

Manager Ron Washington said the Texas Rangers have not made any decisions to their rotation yet.

Scott Feldman's spot is in question after he allowed six runs over 2 2/3 innings, and has not won since Aug. 4. Washington wasn't ready to reveal his thoughts on the situation until he met with Rangers brass about it.

Martin Perez would be the logicial replacement, as he threw 4 1/3 innings of no-hit relief Friday.

"We haven't made any decisions," Washington said. "I haven't talked to anybody about it."

Here are a few other pregame notes:

* Joe Nathan is available out of the bullpen, if needed, today. Mike Adams is still sidelined with a tight right trapezius. Alexi Ogando is unavailable, as well, but Koji Uehara and Robbie Ross are back in the mix.

* Wilmer Font is in the big leagues for the first time in his career, and is excited about it. Font has pitched well a year after losing the 2011 season to Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery. Font said he's lost about 10 pounds since spring training, and has refined a circle changeup. His velocity has also returned to where it was pre-Tommy John surgery.

* Justin Grimm has also joined the Rangers as an extra multi-inning arm in the bullpen. Grimm has worked in a relief role the past two weeks, and said he has adjusted well to it.
