Matt Harrison threw approximately 45 pitches in a bullpen session Sunday and felt no pain in the second toe on his left foot. He took a cortisone shot on Tuesday and it simply took a couple extra days to kick in.
Harrison is scheduled to start Tuesday's 'B' game against the Royals. He is slated for two innings and 25 pitches.
"It's not really a setback, just had my start pushed back," Harrison said.
In other injury news:
* Mitch Moreland (right quad tightness) returns to the lineup today against the Giants. He has been sidelined the past two games.
