Four players with local ties taken in fourth round of MLB draft

There was a Tarrant County feeling to the fourth round of MLB's First-Year Player Draft. Four players with area ties were taken in the round.

* LHP Cody Dickson out of Sam Houston State and Mansfield Summit went to the Pirates with the 119th overall pick.

* RHP Andrew Mitchell out of TCU was taken by the Chicago White Sox with the 123rd overall pick.

* RHP Austin Kubitza out of Rice and Colleyville Heritage went to the Tigers with the 126th overall pick.

* 1B Brain Ragira out of Stanford and Arlington Martin went to the Giants with the 132nd overall pick.
