Friday's Blue Jays-Rangers lineups: Jurickson Profar batting first

Manager Ron Washington gave the Rangers' lineup an unexpected jolt when he put Jurickson Profar in the leadoff spot for Friday's game against Toronto, relegating Elvis Andrus to the No. 2 spot. That's where Andrus typically hits when Ian Kinsler is healthy and in the leadoff spot, but he had been batting first with Kinsler on the DL. Washington's goal is to get Andrus comfortable in the box again.
