Thursday's Blue Jays-Rangers lineups: David Murphy still hitting second

Manager Ron Washington drew up two lineups for Thursday's opener against Toronto. One had Jurickson Profar batting second and David Murphy seventh, but Washington went with the one that had Murphy batting second. Murphy is in a 4-for-34 slump and went 0 for 5 Wednesday to drop his average to .211, but Washington didn't want three left-handed hitters batting in a row at the bottom of the order.
