Tonight's Rangers-Mariners lineups: Lance Berkman still sidelined

Lance Berkman is still out of the starting lineup with a sore right knee he injured while slipping off the team's airplane last week.

Berkman, who has had four surgeries on the knee, is hopeful to return to the lineup on Wednesday. He said it's more difficult for him to swing from the right side than the left side, which is why they decided to give it another day with the Mariners starting left-hander Joe Saunders.

That means rookie Jurickson Profar is serving as the team's designated hitter tonight. Manager Ron Washington isn't a fan of having rookies serve as the DH, but had little other options following an off day.
